When Does the Game Start/End?
Game runs on www.MyWackyPack.com from 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 4/1/10 to 11:59 PM ET on 5/31/10. All prizes must be claimed by 6/11/10.
Is a Purchase Necessary to Play or Win a Prize?
No Purchase is Necessary to play or win. You may mail a request for a free Game Code. See #3B below for instructions. Game Codes are available while supplies last.
How Does the Instant-Win Game Work?
- If you purchased a Wacky Pack Kids' Meal:
  - You will find a printed Insert inside the polybag along with the Deep-Sea Tots™ Toy. The Insert has a unique Game Code which you can use to play the game online at www.MyWackyPack.com. Game must be played on or before 11:59 PM ET on 5/31/10.
- Purchase is NOT required. If you did not purchase a Wacky Pack Kids' Meal and would like to request a free Game Code by mail:
  - Mail a 3" x 5" card with your name, complete street address, city/state/zip code, and daytime phone number to: SONIC Wacky Pack Game, 2554 Lincoln Blvd., PMB 1096, Venice, CA 90291-5082. Mailed requests must be postmarked by 6/1/10 and received no later than 6/7/10.
  - The Promotion Administrator will play the Game on your behalf and, if you are a winner, notify you at the address provided on your 3" x 5" card. All write-in entrants will be automatically included in the 2nd-Chance Drawing for any unclaimed SeaWorld® Trip prize(s).
  - Only winners will be notified.
- If you purchased a Wacky Pack Kids' Meal but do not have computer access:
  - Mail your Insert, along with a 3" x 5" card that has your complete street address, city/state/zip code, and daytime phone number, to: SONIC Wacky Pack Game, 2554 Lincoln Blvd., PMB 1096, Venice, CA 90291-5082. The Administrator will review your Codes to determine if you are a winner.
  - Only winners will be notified.
  - Requests for the Administrator to review your Game Code(s) must be received no later than 6/11/10.
  - You will also be automatically entered in the 2nd-Chance Drawing for any unclaimed SeaWorld® Trip prize(s).
  - Game Inserts submitted by mail will not be returned.
What are the Prizes?
There are 18,002 prizes available to be won. The last day to claim a prize is 6/11/10.

How Can I Enter the 2nd-Chance Drawing?
All write-in entrants (individuals who mailed a request to participate without purchasing a Kids' Meal or mailed their Insert because they did not have computer access) will be automatically entered in the 2nd-Chance Drawing for any unclaimed SeaWorld® Trip prize(s). Drawing will be conducted by the Promotion Administrator on or about 6/14/10. Potential winner(s) will be notified on or about 6/15/10 by telephone and/or postal mail.
How Do I Claim a Prize?
SeaWorld Trip, Deep-Sea Tots™ Toy Set or $10 My SONIC Gift Card
- A minor's parent or legal guardian must claim the prize on their minor's behalf according to the instructions provided, or the prize will be forfeited. Participants who play the game online will receive an instant-winner message along with prize-claim instructions.
- Participants who wrote in to participate without purchasing a Kids' Meal or mailed an Insert because they did not have computer access will be notified if they won by postal mail per the address indicated on their mailed request and provided instructions.
- Kids will receive an instant-winner message and must provide their email address and first name as part of the prize claim process. A follow-up email with prize-claim instructions will be sent within 24 hours to the email address provided.
Who is Eligible?
- Game is open to legal residents of the United States, 12 years of age and under as of 5/31/10. Sorry, residents of Maine are not eligible.
- SONIC and SeaWorld employees are not eligible.
How Do I Know if I Have Won?
Participants who play the game online will receive an instant-winner message along with prize-claim instructions. Participants who wrote in to participate without purchasing a Wacky Pack® Kids' Meal or mailed a Game Insert because they did not have computer access will be notified if they won by postal mail to the address indicated on their mailed request.
If I Win, How Do I Get My Prize and When?
- The Deep-Sea Tots™ Toy Set and $10 My SONIC Gift Card will be awarded by mail within 14 business days of prize verification
- Wacky Pack Kids' Meals will be awarded via a Coupon within 24 hours of receiving a winner's response to the instant-winning message.
- The SeaWorld Trip Prize Package will be awarded according to the terms of the Official Rules.
Why do I have to give my information for my child to claim a prize? What will you do with my information?
- Due to privacy laws, SONIC is not allowed to collect name and address information online from a minor. Fulfillment of a prize to your child requires your consent.
